Dr. Lindsay Schuster is a craniofacial orthodontist and full time faculty in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Children’s Hospital, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is originally from Iron Mountain, MI and earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at The University of Connecticut. She went on to pursue a certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry degree at The University of Minnesota. After several years of private practice in Portsmouth, NH, Dr. Schuster pursued fellowship training in cleft/craniofacial orthodontics at New York University. Dr. Schuster is now the Director of Orthodontic Services at the Cleft-Craniofacial Center at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and provides comprehensive orthodontic care from birth to adulthood for patients’ affected by cleft lip and palate and other craniofacial conditions. In addition to her clinical and teaching interests, Dr. Schuster is involved in several research projects in collaboration with UPMC and other institutions.
