Nima Naghshineh MD MSc, has a unique background with studies in Biomedical Engineering and Psychology at Johns Hopkins University, where he engaged in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiac electrophysiology research at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutes in Baltimore, MD. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh while simultaneously receiving a Masters of Science in Clinical Research. He subsequently began his plastic surgery training in 2008 at the University of Pittsburgh. His interests include device innovation and discovery in medicine and surgery and has completed a fellowship at the Center for Innovation in Restorative Medicine (CIRM).
