William D. Tobler, Jr. MD was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Pre-professional studies from the University of Notre Dame du lac near South Bend, Indiana. Following this, he matriculated at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Tobler then completed a General Surgery residency at the Boston University School of Medicine and is Board Certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Currently, he is an independent resident in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
