Dr. Demir is originally from Batman, Turkey. He graduated from Marmara University School of Medicine, Istanbul, Turkey. Later, he completed his Plastic Surgery residency training at Kocaeli University, Kocaeli, Turkey. Last year, he completed microsurgery fellowship training at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas. In addition to his two native languages, he speaks English and Italian fluently. He holds both European and Turkish plastic surgery board certificates. He is a certified ancient artifact and coin collector.
