Jose Antonio Arellano Garcia-Valenzuela, MD

José Antonio Arellano García-Valenzuela is a highly motivated medical professional with a deep commitment to clinical and basic science research. Dr. Arellano's journey in the field of medicine began with his studies at the Universidad Anáhuac México - School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in May 2021.

Dr. Arellano is currently serving as a Research Fellow in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center under the mentorship of Dr. Francesco Egro and Dr. Asim Ejaz. His research focuses on advancing the field of plastic surgery, particularly in areas such as reconstructive techniques for burn injuries, innovative devices for medical procedures, microsurgery, and the understanding of radiation damage to human skin.

Dr. Arellano is a seasoned presenter, having delivered more than 12 oral presentations at various prestigious conferences.
