Justine S. Kim, M.D., is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Plastic Surgery. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with honors in Biology, Psychology, and Biomedical Engineering. She earned her medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Dr. Kim completed residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. After residency, she pursued subspecialty training with the UPMC Department of Orthopedic Surgery for Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. Dr. Kim's clinical interests includes the full spectrum of hand surgery including trauma, arthritis, and peripheral nerve surgery as well as a wide range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
