Nicole Jarrett, MD, FACS is an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery and Chief of the Division of Hand Surgery. She is also program director of the Hand Surgery Fellowship in the Department of Plastic Surgery. She completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard University and medical school at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. She completed her General Surgery training at Yale-New Haven Hospital and Plastic Surgery training at UPMC. She completed surgical training with the Hand Surgery Fellowship in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at UPMC.
Dr. Jarrett's clinical interests include the full spectrum of hand surgery, including hand trauma, hand arthritis, and peripheral nerve compression. She was the Plastic Surgery Residency Program Director at another institution and remains committed to surgical education as the Hand Surgery Fellowship Director.
She is active with the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), American Council of Educators in Plastic Surgeons (ACEPS), and American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). She lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband and two children.
